Board Members

President – Rich Aguilar

Oversee direction of association. Prepare meeting agenda and facilitate board meetings. Approve and enter in to agreements on the associations behalf, such as obtain insurance, legal representation, etc. Manage meeting schedule and agenda. Appoint and oversee committee chairs (wet lands, landscaping, zoning appeals) Prepares board members for future leadership roles. Complete Annual Reports for Compliance with Non Profit Corporation.

Vice President – Scott Kochaney

Assist the president and to assume those duties in the president’s absence. May chair or coordinate committees upon request of president. Send resident letter for infractions of guidelines. Back up resource to PO Box.

Treasurer – Sam Duggan

Conduct banking transactions including deposits, issuing of checks, and balancing statements. Generate the quarterly statement late notices and coordinate with attorney for liens and maintain the record of billing and balances. Get mail / payments from PO Box and record payments in to spreadsheet of billing and balances, make copies of payments, give deposit to treasurer for deposit.. Report on financial matters at all meetings. Maintain and retain all financial records – including contracts, bank statements, tax filings, receipts and invoices. File taxes with accountant

Secretary – Jen Pope

Maintain the association’s record book which includes meeting minutes and resolutions. Documents all voting results. Writes up the quarterly newsletter. Maintains the HOA Member email distribution list.

Projects / At Large – Jason Geist

May serve on one or more committees to accomplish projects. Assist with operation of the association. “At Large” board members may replace an officer role should an officer step down.

The Prairie Woods Home Owners Association is a non-profit corporation with rights, responsibilities, and duties to its members. The board is responsible for carrying out the operations of the association in accordance with governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions and the Rules and Regulations). In addition, the board is responsible for maintaining the overall aesthetics of the subdivision and maintenance of the common areas and wet lands.
